Anybody got a ticket for the FRS yet?

got one for speeding 142km in a 80km zone. Dumb move on my part

Got my FRS taken from me for 9 days just got her back today! Sooo sorry baby I'll never let them take you away again from me.

Dropped the clutch a little at a stop light and had a couple of cruisers flash their lights and just go right on by. Little over 1800 miles, haven't been pulled over once.

I know that feel, cars been in the body shop for the past 2 weeks, another couple to go.

I read about the guys that got caught speeding a couple of days ago, they all had learners and were driving m3, 370z etc all were white too I think.

We have to find some good roads in the lower mainland

haha my friends thought that was me that got busted there but nope

Mine was on Knight St which I know is a stupid stupid place to be speeding.

great road is marine in west vancouver but only in the dead of night and going one direction only as lighting is poor

BTW kidgogeta have you gotten your SRT exhuast yet or heard from them?

Agreed. I'm sure everyone here has been known to go over the speed limit, but some of the people here going 40+ over on city streets are douches and deserve to have the car taken. You give enthusiasts a bad name.

VA is very strict... I'm out of state, been driving for 5, almost 6 years now, and only got tickets when I was in VA... I got pulled for speeding when i was going WITH traffic damn out of state tags.... cost me a pretty penny both times because of distance. Radar detectors being illegal makes it harder, haha... not that I regularly use them, but a heads up would be nice.

Thanks. I already admitted it was a laspe of judgement on my part. Sorry if I am not a saint like yourself cause I'm sure you never speed even back in your youth.

Now had I said I got the ticket but plan to dispute it just to be a jerk I can understand but I accepted fault and learned a lesson from it. Don't need no internet dad to give me a hard time too.

Also you really don't know what the roads are like here you can have a 3 lane highway like road but its only 50km. Gaint stretches of highway and its 60km. I get its the law and should be obeyed but not all laws make sense hell there are a bunch of 4 way stops here where you can only go 2 ways yet its still a 4 way stop. Hell, DUI here are only a 3 days impounded and IMO wayy more dangerous any other traffic violation possible. Doesn't make sense.

Not trying to justifiy what I did as I know it was wrong and I been punished for it already.
