Jokes on them. I bought some and hid them in my room. Plus i'm not too worried since I only have 3 months left on my lease.

Yeah, I was lighting our furnace with a lighter when it died a few years ago. Almost two weeks of that. except int his case, parts not available. The actual replacement happened on the coldest day of the year (high a good bit below zero, fahrenheit)

TIL that in order to maintain reliability on a rotary engine, in some cases, it is recommended to mix 2-Stroke oil with the fuel. What amazed me even more is that some people run 20w-50 oil.

I guess people do not joke when they say that owning a rotary takes some serious commitment. I would still take one in a heartbeat if I could.

You need to run 2-stroke AKA Premix if you remove the oil metering system from the car.

The stock motors squirt very small amounts of oil into the housings to keep the apex seals lubed.
Most people who remove that when they upgrade or rebuild the motor.
Less gunk/carbon buildup in the long run using premix.

Gotcha, I would've never thought that something like that would be done. But you learn something new every day.

you also can't just 'start it and move it real quick' gotta let it warm up, or the whole thing floods...
