There was an acknowledgement of the novelty of the situation and the potential for mutations to screw up the works. And if you look at infection/hospitalization/death rate curves from the first 5 months of 2021 you'll notice that the vaccines lived up to their hype. Delta, combined with a global group of numb skull, flat earth, anti-vaxers partially fucked that all up. The inability of the developed world to reach the developing world sealed the Delta deal.

I’ve been working with infected and recovered patients since the start; both vaccinated and not vaccinated. Patients varying in age from early 20s to late 80s. I’ve read all the chart info. I’ve read the studies. I’ve watched the goal posts continue to move over the last 18 months.

But it’s all good. Keep me updated in another couple years on who you’re wanting to blame at that point after 9 boosters or whatever.

Another poster some time back made the same argument. It was, and remains bogus. Vaccines leak, just about everyone who knows much about them acknowledges that. None have been 100% effective, ever. That does not alter the intent with which they are created.

You can deflect all you want, but the antivaxers bear a huge responsibility for the cluster fuck we're watching.

You aren't contagious 6 days after exposure. It usually takes longer than that I believe.

Captain, so he told NCOs to counsel their soldiers before 4 day weekends and attend the safety briefs…. Assuming their inner lieutenant didn’t surface and they got lost along the way.

I actually don’t know what the MS or CPT is. I’m just guessing. Very familiar with TSAC though. CSCS is in the same realm.
