THAT reminds me of the time, back on the farm, when I was about 5 years old, and my grandfather was sheering sheep and noticed a raw patch on a sheep, loosely covered with a scab about 5" in diameter.
He pushed back the scab and underneath was a mass of feeding maggots. He scrapped most of them away with the sheep shears and told me to run up to the barn and bring him the bottle of purple stuff that was on the shelf. I did that and he dosed the wound and covered it up. He said that those were maggots from a "fly strike". I noticed that that purple concoction was the same stuff he smeared on my leg when I skinned it a few days back - ![]() From that day on, for several years, I had a fear of blow flies -

And you can use the trucks as rolling chicanes.

we do that in our sim league. between "real" series events, we do some crazy enduros, and we do ice-cream truck + f1 kart events. I got pushed around in front of a truck (sideways) on a kart for ~1/3 lap. Flat-spotted so bad my wheelbase was going crazy and it actually caused the lcd connection to fail requiring a warranty return. Also it hurt.

No racing 'cause Covid isn't a thing! Paid for with a couple seasons worth of insurance and gas and tires not used up. Mostly the tires...

Speaking of dewormers, my dog has giardia so he's on an anti parasite regimen now.
I can't imagine ingesting the dewormer med he got because the texture is basically a mix of different sizes of granules of powder, a lot like dishwasher detergent.
