Holy shit. So I have a mountain bike. That toe attachment on your bumper... Can I used something like that for a bike mount? Is that something I could do and make my life easier so I don't have to fit it into the trunk? I have seen people with uhaul toe hitches welded under the car and I didn't want something so permanent, but is this an option?

That is the Slambert twin hitch. It does need a washer or 2 to keep it from hitting the bumper as it was made for 1st gen. The have been a few different bike racks made to screw into the tow hook holes.

Thanks a frickin' million. I'll look into this one. My next question was whether anyone fabricated these for sale, but that's one option.

Went to an awesome grist mill for some cool PNW fall shots only to discover my camera battery was dead. Went home and charged it up and got back out a little closer to home for some mural action. Getting a little better with Light Room.

Haha no, this was all from yesterday. I've never had a dead battery before. I just left it on after using it a few days ago and thought it went to sleep but apparently not. I ordered a second battery and another memory card because I'm definitely going to leave home with the card plugged into the computer at some point too.

Might take off the BRZ lettering too.
Always debadge my cars as long as they're affixed with only double sided tape, no pin holes. Is that the way the "Subaru" & " BRZ" lettering is?

Just double sided tape - quite easy to remove - especially with some light heat applied with a heat gun from a distance.

As promised.

Words cannot describe how much I love this car right now. I was scared coming from my Miata that the feel won't be the same, but it still has that lightweight RWD manual car soul in it. It rotates so elegantly and with so much confidence that I'm at a loss for words.

First mod: alignment. Undeesteer is a bitch even with the pilot sports.

Also some of you wanted to see the side decal package on a blue car, here you go.
