I created the eps file so as long as you don't hear from TMC Legal, leave it up.

Hmmm, not sure what to do. You are telling me to leave it up, 86_ZN6 is asking me to take it down.

It is a copyrighted logo from Toyota, was discussed somewhere on the thread in passing a couple months ago.

I don't care if the logo is copyrighted, as there are provisions within most first world countries for "Fair Use"....ie. this means you should be able to largely use it freely in personal, non-commercial products.

Anyone trying to make money using this logo, should be ready to lawyer up at any moment...no doubt in my mind Toyota will defend it's brand against those types of people.

So I can put this logo on a t-shirt to wear personally........ just don't sell them on this forum or anywhere else?

I'm not going to give legal advice to anyone!

Just be aware that it's under copyright and a very, very rich corporation with better lawyers than you would ever hope to be able to employ will be guarding it's brand closely. How much they care is anyones guess.
