Dealer texted me this morning that the car had an ETA of 12/03 and they had a VIN! Very odd considering that last week SOA told me "not before end of December."

MySubaru still showing "end of November," lol. At this point I'm scared to ask how long the accessories install will take at the dealer. Then comes scheduling PPF/ceramic coating, it never ends.

If you’re getting any STI accessories it’s SUPER quick. Took my dealership ~ 3 hours to get ALL (literally all that are available) STI accessories installed. They should be able to do it within a day or whatever of them getting the car if you pay ahead.

The unknown for me was the parts availability, not sure if it's been an issue depending on the dealership.

I ordered them the same day the Subaru configurator was up, they said it was immediately back ordered (guessing they weren’t technically available yet). Not 100% sure on how long it took but I can’t imagine that many people have ordered any parts since I’ve seen 0 with any of the STI goodies

Got ahold of the dealer, spoke to the sales manager, (my salesperson has been out for a few days). He said they have 5 coming in, all released from the port and showing eta of the 27th. He's not sure if the holiday will push it off or not so maybe the 29th.

I am on the phone with an insurance company to get a quote for a 2022 BRZ Limited automatic. My vehicle is Still on order with no Vin available. Insurance company won’t be able to give me a quote without a valid Vin number that has been either delivered to the dealership on someone’s hands… Can you help me out with a vin number?

Just called SOA and have a VIN. Car will be at the port 1st week of Dec and at dealer by 3rd week is all they could give me. No Accessories so should get through the port quick.

I got my vin too! 3d or 4th week of December is what I was told too.
Merry Xmas to me

Just to be clear this a original December delivery so it looks like its on time.
