i'm quite sure i saw this car the one time i was at the autobahn speedway. at least the same color/wheel/motor combo. was sorta funny seeing him first argue with the track people over which category he needed to run with, and then to see the car easily keep pace with much larger v8 cars in the pack. like a mouse running with cats. lol, it's like not flushing the toilet. it ain't gonna get better if you come back later!

If it had been an option when I was buying, I'd have gone with the similar color on the BRZ which was only offered in '16. Probably should have changed to red when I had the chance. I detest the trend to grey everywhere. WRB in the right light and on the right shape can be sharp, but the WRX isn't it.

Toyota's Blue is a color that will seem cool at first but one you'll get bored from rather quick. It also looks like it will hide dirt fairly well, and it will be nice whenever you clean it. Subaru's Blue is one that you can accept, but there's nothing special about it as there are many similar blues around, it will look good, but it will be a pain to keep looking mint.

WRB holds up better, but not a huge fan of it either. If these are my only two choices I'd likely go with Blue Flame just because its different, even over my concern about it's trendiness.

I agree it will date very quickly. I am not really a fan. I like the darker blues since they seem to age better.

Yes! Lovely bright color.
Favorite one I've ever owned might have been a wee bit bright. Miss this car, but don't have a place for it in the city ![]()

Colour is like most everything else, very subjective. I loved my 2006 STi in WRB as I do the wife's 2016 STi. I think Subaru were the first to do that shade for their competition cars and then onto their street legal cars. However, it wasn't long before every manufacturer had a similar colour in their line up. Same goes for the grey and the light blue. I don't think anyone jumped on the yellow band wagon of the RS 1.0 or Inazuma, (series yellow).
