If the job market in your field is like anywhere else it sounds like a good opportunity to get out and put yourself in a better position. I remember you talking about not really being happy with your team.

Someone on Reddit that is somewhat normal if it was the fuel pump. But I've never heard this noise so distinctively. I'm just a little concerned that it goes away when pressing the clutch. I saw a video on a TOB replacement and it looks like a whole day project, which would suck because I don't have a garage or flat surface to do the repairs on this cold weather.

Actually there was a whole show with the premise of rebelling against their hippy parents!

A bit sacrilegious to slap a V8 into a MX-5. But hey, that's one way to solve a lack of power. https://carsandbids.com/auctions/K1Y...zda-mx-5-miata

Better than putting the engine from an MX5 in a Camaro!

Yeah, it is. I've been getting desperate emails from recruiters for weeks now to come interview. Some of them literally email me four days in a row. A good chunk are random startups I don't care about but there are a few normal companies that I wouldn't mind interviewing at, like Dropbox, Roku, etc.

We pretty much always are looking for IT engineer types. Especially the R&D labs. Be very cool work but means living near Detroit.

No, it would just mean folks would have more of a sporting chance of getting out of the way....
