I guess it depends, do you think every post made in this thread that has nothing to do with you, somehow is actually all about you? Then yes.

I mean it's the same people who in the earliest of threads about this here literally insinuated or outright said that after election day the COVID stuff would cease to be news or anything.

Or believing what you're doing is preventing the spread of a disease

Is virtue signaling a bad thing?

What about when other primates do it?

Well, my work finally got to the point of releasing their policy to comply with the CMS guidelines. 100% proof of vaccination unless you have a medical or religious exemption that you've filed and has been approved by a cross-functional committee.

I know 2 of my 60 or so personnel that are at risk of leaving. Other areas in IT are likely to be harder hit. The interesting part is my team is the ones with the more transportable skillsets (could work in any industry). The other half of the department are very healthcare focused and will have this restriction pretty much anywhere they work since it involves Medicare/Medicaid reimbursements if you don't do it.

I have to wonder if there won't be a certain percentage that quit on principle or to save face, but ultimately get vaccinated and go to work somewhere else. It may be very low, but you know SOMEONE has done that.

Are boosters mentioned in that policy?

No, not at this time. J&J one shot, or the 2 shot "fully vaccinated" for the others.

What about when other primates do it?

Should we look to primates for all of our morality?

My work is now doing the same. Several people are now retiring early. Several people I know claim they will walk out on the last day of deadline. I have no idea their plans for employment after.
