The delays are mostly from people without vin's. You won't know your car is delayed until after they update it in the system when the Vin comes. If you are still showing November with SOA, and you don't have a Vin... It's not gonna happen. You will be delayed to December when you get the VIN.

I got my Vin October 19th. Window sticker October 29th. Delivery to dealer Nov 9th. I was originally October delivery and didn't get delayed until I got my Vin on October 19th.
