Hey thanks for streaming that walk-around! I wasn't able to log in because I don't have the app installed on my phone, but I enjoyed watching.

Can you take a look when you do suspension mods?
I'll look but 99% sure they're cross compatible.

OE. They're a different part number than the first gen so not sure they're compatible.

OK, I'll probably go with the OE sensors instead of waiting to see which aftermarket ones work. I won't have long with the Pilots before I need to switch to Winters.

i dug through the parts catalogue a couple weeks ago and i'm pretty sure they're going to be 315mhz

for whatever reason they have a different part number though.

Congrats again on the WRB BRZ, hope to join you in the next couple of months. Hopefully before they halt production, would be just my luck lol

I think I figured out why it's a different part. The FCC ID is PAXPMVE000, and it's been around since 2017. This ID also shows up in the manual for the 2020 Avalon so it looks like they switched to a Toyota part. What a technical partnership!

So I'm guessing the Tire Rack 315 MHz sensors will work.

They are. Someone posted on this forum or the other someone doing the swap in Japan.

Some reviewers commented that the auto-close feature is still present.

Yea, so, first impressions review when? Curious to hear from more people who actually have owned a Gen I, especially a pre-2017 Gen I, about their reactions to the engine and interior changes.

He's already done 2 already, and he'll do another one tomorrow after he installs the MCS and wheels. One video is on FB, and the other on his twitch.
