I like Meguair's Hyper wash, I usually add OPC if I'm trying to strip wax/sealant off paint. Very good for its price.

Correct. You should only need distilled water though, not reverse osmosis (distilled is cheaper to come by IIRC).

So i dont need a foam lance? And how does one get this distilled water to spray onto the car or do you just pour it.

Distilled is fine. Most filters product RO. If you want to buy gallons of distilled and dump it into a PW thats cool, but in the end combining the PW with an RO system will be cheaper after ~20 or so washes.
