Miles After Recall Performed: 20,255
Location of Service: Melody Toyota - San Bruno

Other work completed with recall: None

I have driven the car daily since I got it back after the recall. I even took it to a track event August last year and it runs like a top. I've driven to SoCal multiple times since the recall was completed and have never ran into any issues.

Just an update, post recall a while back. Granted haven't put too many miles on her but when I drive her I drive her fairly hard. Still going strong.

Got it done on 02/19/19
Vehicle Mileage:39,500
Vehicle Make: Scion FR-S
Miles After Recall Performed: 15,xxx
Other work completed with recall: spark plugs .
Drove the car every day and it never gave me any problems just change the oil every 3k miles .
Got the recall done at west coast Toyota in Long Beach .
I guess I got lucky but I’ll be real I was scared the first couple of weeks then I got over it and just started driving hard again . I guess I got lucky . Sold the car last week . Hopefully the next owner gets lucky like I did .

Still running strong. Recall done in 2019 and I turbo'd it 5k miles later. Still using turbo and no issues for 30k miles so far.
