Yea, I know. It's still basically the same concept, and I've seen it have the same issues I describe although its a little better at dispersing leaves that settle on top of it. It is the design that I had the $3,000 quote on to cover my house.

I have such a pitch on my roof (2 story with roof that comes down to 1st story) and so many trees that during the couple weeks of "leaf season" I have to put a little rake end on my telescoping pole and rake the leaves out of a couple of the valleys or I'll have dams.

They do make lots of icicles in the winter.

They do... I just ordered a Supra earlier this year... They way they do it is they can view new cars in the 'pipeline' and reserve it prior to it being sent to a dealer.

Really wanting the 2022 because of the push start/keyless package and the stamped bedsides. I'd be plenty happy with an 19-20 TRD Offroad/PRO in Cement or preferably Lunar Rock. Like you said though, they are hard to find.

Flying to WI on Friday to see my parents since I didn't take my yearly trip last year.

Trip was originally scheduled for August but I delayed for two months due to delta surge.

I'm vaccinated back in April, but still feeling pretty nervous about the trip due to airplane/airport and the fact that vaccination rates in WI aren't great and in general nobody there takes it seriously compared to the bay area (basically no indoor masking in WI, etc.).

Not nobody... But not ideal. Illinois is worse on average... Which scares me because Chicago is pretty good, how bad is the rest of the state?! Stay safe. Most my family is in WI.

I am convinced airports bring out the worst in people.

I hate this kind of thing at work:

2:03PM: "Hey spike021,"
2:06PM: "{question}"
Me at 2:09PM: "Hi. Did you try X from the instructions?"
No reply
Me at 3:32PM: "??"

Then nothing till today in the morning.

He replies back, ignores my question, keeps saying he's struggling with Y. So I ask what steps he's tried.

It's been 45 minutes now and no response.

And we're basically expected to help away team people like this sight-unseen because we are a "host team".

Really grinds my gears.

I get it if the problem he's supposedly dealing with wasn't documented (we have a lot of really bad docs) but this stuff I even copy-pasted to him in the chat directly from a document he said he read, lol, and he ignored me.

That kind of shit drives me crazy. Taking service calls/emails is the same way. I stopped giving test specifications because I want to see what they get, otherwise they say, "oh yeah, that is what I came up with."

Well the old petty roommate strikes again!
He said he would get back to me about returning my deposit within a week. He never got back to me, so I contacted him. He is trying to claim he is keeping the deposit because I left behind a few things and that I did not pay the bills. I can get taking some of the deposit, but yeah it's bullshit. So I had to contact the landlord to see if I can get this taken care of. Go figure.

A couple weeks ago somebody kept messaging me and then within 20 mins of each message right as I was about to respond he would edit his last message and say he figured it out.

Like come on dude, maybe just be patient and try this before begging for help.

People here have this culture that they can just harass you for help and you need to drop everything until you've helped them. It's ridiculous.

Omg the dude posted the code, told me I could pull the code and try it on my computer to see if I have the same problem, and ten minutes later as I'm pulling the code he messages me "nevermind, I just fixed it".

It's better than posting the unfiltered code to stack exchange to ask for help...
