Those have ugly orange front fender lights/reflectors as required by US regulations; hopefully destined for the USA

I was in the market for a used 2017+ 86, Was going through facebook marketplace, dealerships and other sites like crazy trying to find a decent one. Ended up finding a few BRZ's and realized i liked them better.. Had a few flakey sellers and shady dealers so i put it off.

Figured screw this, Just going to spend the extra 10+ k and get a new one.

Keep in mind this will be my daily driver/traveler, so keep the AT hate away...i get it. My goal is to get a G8GT with MT as my project car. Love that car. Anyway.

Ordered 8/28
Expected Delivery: Mid-Late November.

Limited Trim (NZF 13 C CBS)
Crystal Black Silica
Automatic Transmission
w/ the following accessories:
1) Vortex Generator (0XW)
2) All weather floor liners (0XJ)
3) LED upgrade - Dome light (0Y1)
4) Footwell Illumination (0Y2)

Quoted $32,295 before tax and registration (North east PA). Total is $35,308 w/ all fee's and taxes.

Dealer also stated like OP's, Those front LED's are not a option in the US.. yet?

i WISH i was able to get a better look at the grey paint before i ordered, Because man that looks so nice with black trim and red accents.

Anyway, Plans for a build are to beef it up with a long term use in mind, nothing crazy.. Mod it to where i can get the most out of it without boosts/rebuilding and the risks that come with it. Really a daily driver i want to invest in for longevity and reliability.

Aesthetically, I want to build a murdered BRZ. Louvers, something like those SARD tail lights, Low profile spoiler. Want that dark and aggressive but mature and less sporty look, If that makes sense.

These are my ideas so far, but who knows what will actually happen when i get it.

Got my order in on the 18th with a December estimate for ETA.. I'm guessing the ones with November ETA's ordered weeks before, hopefully mine comes around earlier because I'm the first BRZ order at the dealer I went to.

People that ordered recently, do they gave January ETA's or something?

When I ordered on August 12th I was told November…they have since moved it up to October. You may want to check with your dealer or the Subaru support line to see if you’ve been moved up.

Received an email from my local Subaru dealer near Allentown Pennsylvania, in part it said “My manager just tried to put an order in for a 2022 BRZ Limited Automatic. It gave us May 2022 allocation.”
That is hard to believe, six months!

I was trying to negotiate a deal trading in my 2019 Subaru Outback. They would not commit to a trade in price due to the lack of near term availability for a new BRZ. Very frustrating. Will be checking other dealerships to see what they had to say.

Damn.. May??

So they find out an estimate after they place an order? Or did you place your order a little bit ago
