If they were right next door to me, the volume shit would be already engaged. They’re sorta behind me. Someone sold their lot or subdivided it and created multiple units. Part of that property is still vacant. Which could probably be the exact place a culturally disparate noise function (ie a drum circle) would be perfect for.

It's not a hate crime if you identify. Isn't that what all of the kids do these days? Claim they don't like labels, and then attach 10-15 as a way to 'identify' themselves? Just say you're X race or gender or whatever.

suffice to say, i've never had this problem and have a number of things in place already to ensure i never will.

I have had a problem very similar to OP and usually the only course of action that was actually effective were earplugs. Sometimes 311 helped. Luckily they moved out of the neighborhood after about a year.

What hate crime? To now, I haven't smelled a hint of it. Just because we're discussing their music style? Doesn't matter what style or culture. That level of rudeness is just plain awful.

it's only a hate crime if you stop spanish music, but allow rap/country/rock to play at similar times and levels.

Unless you are willing to kill them all, I suggest you "turn into the skid". You start battle, it will probably end badly. Cops won't help. They can't do shit. They find out you called (which They will assume, since you complained), your life is worse.

Try to be friends and get earplugs.

Or better, move, and do your homework better before buying next time.
