Yeah, Doug's scores are famously inconsistent. I bet it just has a lot to do with how he felt about it that day rather than any kind of objective measured test.

Here are a couple of screenshots from Doug's video.
Looks like the "ceiling" lining is a lot different now. He's a tall guy (6'++?) and looks like he has a lot of headroom left when driving. Hopefully the 2nd gen has more headroom than the 1st gen, I always lacked ~0.5" in the 1st gen (I'm 6'4" + helmet). ![]()
