Trying to figure out the whole refinance game to make the month to month easier. The process is making my eyes bleed though. I think I'd have an easier time just buying another house than this.
My homes current value is 245k according to the companies I've applied with. That is just the market value adjustment without any considerations to the complete 21st century remodeling I've done. 80k up from when I bought it a few years ago.
