Any PC Gamers Around?
The only fans in my case are exhaust fans, and they’re mounted right where the heat is generated, right by the cpu cooler exhaust and the side of the GPU. The case interior never heats up because most of the heat is evacuated right where it comes out. Keeps it quiet and cool. I’m seeing ~75C under load and it’s much quieter than before because the loudest fans (GPU fans) don’t need to work so hard to push the hot air away from the fins.
Having no intake fans did mean I had to make sure all panels are filtered and all seams are tight, but with the help of a 3D printer that wasn’t too bad. |

I think I might give in and pay full price for this game. I loved FC5 too much.

I'll hold out but it does look like it could be fun. I've enjoyed all of the Far Cry games thus far. Though I didn't play Primal.

If you like the genre you'll likely enjoy Primal. I didn't think I would like it, but when it popped up on Steam for cheap I bit. I enjoyed it way more than I thought I would.

Hah, yea, I know what you mean. If I find myself unable to resist paying full price, I'll just replay 4 or 5 and wait it out.

I haven't tried new dawn or the zombies expansions. So I might finish that and hold out.

I saw Wildlands on sale, I remember it being somewhat fun, not a fan of 3rd person but it would do for a while. Or Division 2, is just so repetitive.

Or I could play one of the other games I haven't gotten to yet on my Steam/Epic/GOG/EA/UPlay backlog list.

New Dawn was interesting but I didn't like the whole RPG vibe of enemy levels.

If you run into any issues with UPlay, as far as your games crashing without even getting to the menu screen. Disable and delete Nahimic Service.

Not too proud about it, but I was lucky to get it from a distributor instead of a retailer. Runs a bit hot and is loud, but just have to tweak your fan settings/pump settings and set a linear curve with the limit at around 70-80 C

Any PC Gamers Around?
Please run a dedicated psu cable to each connector on that card. It’s a 300 watt card and it can pull ~440 watts over short bursts. Daisychaining the single cable is asking for stability problems when you’re dealing with high transient loads. FYI: PCIe slot: 75W 6-pin: 75W 8-pin: 150W Edit: I think I’m seeing 8+6 pin but I’m not positive. Either way I’d run 2 separate power cables. Full 8 pins not 6+2.
