Unless you're corner balanced and thus need adjustable end links to prevent preload, there really shouldn't be a reason to change them. (I'm 99.95 % sure @ZDan knows that, just adding to the conversation for others)

If you have the sways already I'd say chuck them on and see how you like it. Reading stuff online is a good knowledge base but it wont replace trying things yourself. I don't track my car but for hill climbs and spirited driving I haven't liked a stiffer rear sway. In slow tight corners it feel like it picks up an inside rear wheel.

FWIW I'm running Eibach sways front and rear, front set to soft (+167%) and rear set to stiff (+153%). No probs with lifting a rear wheel or corner entry oversteer.
