I was going to say... selling anything is great in a hot market but good luck getting anything. I dumped my rental property but I have a roof over my head anyway I'm not trying to buy anything...

Yeah, same for my buddy. He recently sold 2nd house he bought while back. He sold it x4 more than he bought it for.

If my BRZ was 2nd car, I might of thought of selling it... but it's my daily, so can't

That's the way it works. You can have one or the other but you can't have both a seller's market and a buyer's market.

Yeah, I've got 3 cars at the moment. And I'm patient.

Not actually going to sell it though. I don't really need the cash. But it would be funny to tell people how much I sold it for 9 years later.

i mean, i'll never own one either, but mostly because it's prohibitively expensive to do, and usually with a salvaged-titled base vehicle (i looked in 2014-- they were quoting about $20k for the base g8 needed, and 25-30k for the conversion process, so $50-70k OTD)

that's why i sold my ranger a few months ago. 'made' $5500, and bought it for only 5k... but then i had about $5k worth of parts/labor into it during the 3 years i had it, so still didn't come out extremely far ahead...

i still saved 10-15k on the new truck though! (rationalized by comparing 3 year old tacoma values vs. the brand new MSRP)

menards had 'iFit' watches on sale for $6. it was a knockoff apple watch without all the extra features, or usefulness. got curious how a exercise/fit watch would work, and it was only 6 bucks.

I read an article something along that topic. In the end, it said nothing to do w sex, but body size/mass make more factor.
