My next task: how to install a new backup light switch without taking the car apart.

Getting my wheel today, installing it tomorrow. That way I can take my eager dad to look for a car. Is kind of funny because even though he's been driving or 40+ years, he still has to get certified in the U.S. That means he has to take the driver safety class with all the 16 Y.Os. No credit because he just here, so I'm basically buying a car for myself, just one he can take over once he's certified.

Day 2 testing the fuel system. I topped off the gas again today until the pump clicked off and again no leak. Fuel pressure is riding around 55-56. No codes. I think I got it fixed. First time in years filling all the way up and no gas smell, or gas dripping on the ground. Yay!
Going to get smog check tomorrow. Then put the cover plate and back seat stuff back. |

Didn't know where to leave this, but it needed to he left somewhere for those who haven't seen it. No political commentary meant either way (personally, I lean more towards Trump than away, but that's neither here nor there)... I just think this is spot on and hilarious...
