Heading off problems?

I have my '14 Monogram model nicely modded and running very well. 52,000 miles. I may do a few track days per year if time permits, but not sure at this writing. I know adding a KillerB pickup and Bluemoon baffle would be a really good addition if I track it. If it doesn't get tracked, would they be worth doing to a street machine to protect against potential problems? It wouldn't cost too much.

Neither is really a must-have for track duty.

Unless you heavily track it, you just may create problems by putting them in. You know, the old "iffen it ain't broke, don't fix it" thing.

Good advice, I'm sure. I'm used to driving cars that have bulletproof

engines. Mine was built in January '14 so It probably has all the early-model weaknesses, if that's the proper word.

The first and last "bulletproof" engine I ever had was a stovebolt six, in my 1948 Chevrolet.
