Thank you. I am so proud of myself on both the deal and the install. And you totally get me... All OEM all the way even if it's from Japan. I would love to consider both (most likely STi Axleback) but budget is tight at the moment. Had to replace wife's car after the deer hit and Lexus aren't cheap.

Installed my Forester XT oil cooler(regulator) and my PCV catch can. My car now has the supporting mods I needed after being boosted with Edelbrock for a month. I feel much better now and learned a lot. I want to that you all for the help with doing this stuff. It feels so good to work on your car and I’ve never been good at it.

How involved is the job? Do you just need the calipers or do you have to pick up brackets, rotors, etc? I've seen the swap mentioned a couple of times but no detailed info.

Think I might have broken the record last night. Friend bought some tires from Tire Rack as I offered picking them up, since a location is nearby my work.
(2) 275/40R20 and (2) 315/35R20 Had to disassemble the kid's car seat a little and then manipulated the tires around for the next 15 minutes until I got them all in! I regret not getting a picture of that hard work. The width of the tires was not as big of an issue as their diameter. I could only place 1 of the 315's in the trunk, and the rest had to go in the back with the seat down and up against the passenger seat folded forward. But hey.. it worked! |

Makes me wonder why I wasted money on an IRP

![]() My Nephew had one of those in his Eclipse. When I drove 10 hours to Colorado to paint it for him, I shamed him about it then let him drive my car. Needless to say he got rid of it and bought a short shifter for his right after! |
