OEM Rear Endlinks on SPC LCA's won't fit

Has anyone had this issue? I had to replace my sway bar endlinks and I can't get the endlink to fit in the LCA. Should I just hammer on it? Seems like that probably won't even work.

Loosen the shock bolt, will allow stock LCA to spread open a smidge and endlink should fit in more easily. Just replaced my endlinks when I installed Eibach sways...

Forgot to add, you should re-tighten the bolts with the suspension loaded up, i.e. wheels on the ground or supported on blocks or ramps. Basically you want the bushings in their "neutral" position with the car at static ride height.
