I got in my differential pressure sensor and this little atmospheric pressure sensor. The atmospheric sensor won’t work for what I want but it was cheap, so I bought it to play around with. Car should be done soon so I can start playing around with these other projects.

So gave up on yard work lol

You know, I was going to suggest planting a bunch of cacti as a joke. But never mind lol. Might as well buy some artificial plants with the grass haha.

Yup~ that's why I'm buying artificial grass. That way, I can't kill it.

2 main things that we decided go with artificial grass is 1. Me & my wife aren't green thumb. We kill all the plants. 2. Save on water. Water bill isn't cheap here to cut that cost down, went w artificial instead of natural. Of course it still get hot and need to water to get the temp down, but it doesn't need as much as natural grass.
It still throws me off that people have metered water and bills for water use. It's never been a thing where I live. I pay a flat yearly fee for sewer/water services (~$600-700) in my condo and its not much higher for detached homes.

I actually wish it was metered here, because there are a lot of assholes that have sprinklers running everyday 8 months of the year for absolutely no reason.

Not a fan of artificial turfs looks... but keeping a healthy green lawn is a ton of work unless you pay someone to do it. My parents probably do 20+ hours of yard maintenance a week with their lawn, shrubs, garden, and now greenhouse this time of year. They love it, but I've never been interested in that stuff. All I do is mow their grass when they go away in the summers.

Don't blame you for going the fake grass direction!

That's how much estimate cost for water/sewer for me. Moved in, in March so don't know the exact average, but from last 2 month's average I'm expecting $600 per year for water/sewer (before watering the grass).

Artificial grass have changed a lot in last 5~8yrs. Now it really looks like real grass. Of course, I've been playing in indoor soccer for a while now, so maybe I'm just used to the artificial grass looks and feel than natural grass.

Just like a stock market. When I was young, it's all up and down numbers that doesn't make sense. Now, somewhat interesting to see those numbers & invest in some of em. lol

From the side view, it looks like 4Runner. Prob looking at $5k~$6k. Trade-in, it's prob worth like $3k.

Unicorn. I would not be afraid to put 12k+ on it. No Joke.

I would consider this a fair price for a 170K miles 4X4 V6 $6500.

Maybe 12K was too high, 10K at least. If it was a manual 12K would not be out of the question. Those 3.4 4x4 are highly desirable manual or automatic.

For 6k I will fly to where ever it is, buy it, drive it here and sell it.

You make a good point. Didn't think about the mileage. All the local 4Runner for sale in that gen is looking at $4k~$10k. Of course there was $13k but that was modded to go off-road.

So yeah, def $10k will sell fast. $13k might take a bit, but still sell.
