Send pictures when you have the Acura in the driveway.

Can't afford it, I'll upload video of my tsx getting sideways in a slalom later tonight.

Well I highly doubt that many of the people buying the TLX new will be putting them sideways. Not on purpose at any rate.
My father-in-law used to brag about how much HP his TSX had. I doubt it ever made it to within 5 MPH of the speed limit.
The cars are very capable. The majority of the people buying them new just don't use them to anyplace near the abilities.

Truth. People brag about this and that but don't ever use it for what it's intended for

Then why 'meh" on the car? It makes more sense to "meh" on the people that buy them for the status inflation. Lots of people buy lots of expensive shit just for the image. I'm thinking of starting a campaign to persuade rich bastages to buy fancy shit and give it to me to use. They can say they bought this and such and I can enjoy it.

He's probably "meh" because it's not breaking any ground.

And, at least for Acura, they need to break ground. Lost their way a while ago, and bragging about "RWD proportions" and adding back double wishbone suspension..is a pretty weak attempt. (better than anything from last 15 years, yes, but things couldn't have gotten much worse during that time).

This^ It is just another high price luxury sedan blending in with all the other high price luxury sedans.
Not really sure how people here even took offense to the statement. The people that can afford it are not know to use it to near it's abilities anyway.

Biggest problem with Acura vehicles right now is the current state of the CTR. Even if they brought back the Integra, it wouldn't make sense. It would some how need to be more hard-core than the CTR while being 100x the luxury.. maybe, just maybe they could get away with it as a 2dr SH-AWD, but Honda has dropped 2dr and a recent commercial for the RDX being considered related to an Integra simply solidifies this to me.

Integra-DX, IDX for short.

What we need is an ISX/RSX Type-s.

For my part, no offense taken. Curiosity, to be sure, but no offense.

Was just watching Savageese's review and he mentioned something interesting I did not know!

"Significant differences between the two include the 3.0-liter’s 6-bolt sintered main caps for increased crank rigidity and durability, and a fully square 86 mm bore and stroke."

https://acuranews.com/en-US/releases...pe-s-press-kit

So it is sort of the Gen I 86 all grown up, right? 4 Doors and 2 more cylinders and 2 more driven wheels.
