Sure you could. Use the "T" handle as the bigger one and the smaller one from the fold out set. Leave enough of the fold out exposed so that the jaws of your biggest vice grips can squeeze in between the fold out and the fastener. Then clamp down on both and use the vice grips to turn the fastener.

Today I learned that you shouldn't touch an old water stop valve unless you're ready to replace it.

same thing goes with any-age white pvc water lines. don't even look at them unless you want them to leak!
