Nope no aerial installed. I did it as the tarped up ready for recovery version. Canopy parts and aerial removed.

There it is! Aerial and wire right on top of the salvage pile.

Now as long as I don't suddenly find ANOTHER picture!
Seeing it now, I get it. Good enough wasn't good enough. It took me a day to put it into words but it's not just icing. It was necessary.

Since they were really the only things in that whole section when I saw they were still there it had to be done.

Would it be bad to mention that the fuselage looks cut rather than torn in the new picture?

Speaking from firsthand experience, that's how they break. They tear precisely at the perforations in the skin where it's riveted.

Decided to pull the trigger on it, it arrives tomorrow. I need to figure out a workspace! I don't think my coffee table in the living room will be sufficient for this one.

Reeeally need at least a dining table at this point.

Wayfair? Local Target? Ikea (well, this one might be more irritating to make than the Lego. lol)?

Yeah I've looked at tons of stores. I'm having a difficult time finding something I want and the stuff that I'm interested in keeps getting delayed in ETA. So I haven't ordered anything.

Try Tatsu Hobby. They are located by you. Tons of import goods/models there and occasionally lego sets. Though most physical stores kinda suck right no with this stuff with stock issues.

I think he was referring to the dining table, unless I'm mistaken.

I know you mentioned it in another thread, but I forget what design you're going after, which I know can be very limiting.

Eh not so much a particular type of design or anything. Just what looks "right" lol, which is a way trickier way of picking any kind of furniture.
