SPL LCA
Anyone with a similar setup or with suspension knowledge could tell me if this is done properly. Suspension has always been confusing to me but im having an issue where the left side bolts to the coilover and end link doesn’t/cant go in the same holes as the right side or Vice verses. Also any tips on how to adjust the spl LCA PROPERLY.

I have the SPL rear LCAs and aftermarket coilovers, swaybar, and swaybar endlinks just like you. This is what works for me.
1) Leave all of the mounting bolts (knuckle, coilover, swaybar endlink) loose until you've got all of the bolts in the same holes on both LCAs. 2) Tighten all of the bolts, order doesn't matter. 3) Put the rear end of the car back onto the ground 4) Minimize the total length of your swaybar endlinks while zeroing out any preload on the sway bar. (Zeroing out preload has to be done with the car on the ground) - Bob

sway bar should be free to scoot over a bit so you can use middle holes on both sides. Might take some wiggling... But yeah, you should have sways mounted in same holes left/right, and of course also use the same end link attachment positions or you get corner-jacking with bump. I HATE it when people say you can get "in-between" settings by having the two sides of adjustable sways set differently. No bueno!

There's a lot to unpack there...
1) you'll want to shorten the end links so the blades of the bar are parallel to the ground at resting ride height (or as close to parallel as you can get). 2) you absolutely want the shocks and end links in the same holes side to side (unless you're oval racing and want asymmetrical handling). You'll need the whole rear in the air at the same time when connecting the shocks and end links to the LCA's, if you only have one side in the air you'll be fighting the sway bar the whole time.
