If it's a new paint colour I may have to consider this red! Otherwise I'll likely go grey/white.

If its the same paint from the initial GR86 debut (which you would assume), then its ignition red.

So nothing new, just the standard free colour.

Yes, it gives the car a baby-Jag look.

I started out much preferring the look of the BRZ but now the GR86 has shot ahead for me... I wonder how many others have changed their mind.

I'd look more positively on the BRZ if I didn't need a front plate in my jurisdiction. Front plates never look good, but they do far less damage to the aesthetics on the GR86. On the BRZ they are forced to hang in ungainly fashion off the top bumper cover lip.

In this pic you can clearly see how muscular the rear fender/rear 3/4 area is. I've seen the BRZ in the Atlanta Auto Show and it was nice and muscular but most pics aren't good at showing it.

Its definitely the camera.
Everything is way oversaturated, even the taillights are orange...and everyone knows what shade of red the taillights should be, plus the exhaust is pretty much showing all the browned areas pretty prominently.

OK all of you that are more knowledgeable than I am but maybe not as OCD: What can be the purpose of the seam at the top side edge of the grille. It's not symmetrical and is only on one side. There's also one on the BRZ. I thought it might be a cover for the tie down hook but it seems too high a location.
