Unless you're a ventilator candidate you'll probably get a drug or 2 and ride it out in isolation anyway. Anti vaxxers will benefit from the herd immunity created by pro vaxxers and anti maskers may get lucky too. I still wear one where required but refuse to wear it outside

More like I was eating dinner and you posted a several hundred word long read article.

Some of us have things we do off this site other than brooding.

As far as what you posted, sure there’s a ton of hearsay. Yes, there was research into this type of virus. Yes, maybe the US didn’t listen well enough when notified of potential problems.

Conclusive evidence that it was released with intent or that it 100% without the shadow of the doubt came from that lab? Not really? Or that whatever was the cause was every Chinese or other Asian ethnicity’s peoples’ fault? No, not seeing it.

They even say most of the evidence and word of mouth is circumstantial.

Again, they don’t link to any of the paperwork or anything. No files available to download and read.

I was never trying to make a point you silly little thing. I made a statement and you called it false so I posted info backing it up.

I never said it was released intentionally. I'm only asserting that covid 19 itself was never a mystery to our scientific community. Stopping it has proven to be problematic however

And why has stopping it proven to be problematic?

The misinformation virus

"There’s a new virus in town and it’s not fooling around. You can catch it through face-to-face contact or digitally – that is, via a human or bot. Few of us possess immunity, some are even willing hosts; and, despite all we’ve learned about it, this virus is proving more cunning and harder to eradicate than anyone could have expected.

Misinformation isn’t new, of course. Fake news was around even before the invention of the printing press, although the first large-scale journalistic sham occurred in 1835, when the New York Sun published six articles announcing the discovery of life on the Moon (specifically, unicorns, bat men and bipedal beavers). Consider, too, early modern witch hunts, or those colonial myths that depicted slaves as a different species; the back-and-forth volleys of anti-Jewish and anti-German propaganda during the world wars, McCarthyism’s Red Scare, even communism’s utopian narratives. History teems with deceit.

What’s different today is the speed, scope and scale of misinformation, enabled by technology."

It’s okay to be wrong. It’s also okay to try to learn why. If everybody was right all the time the world would be a boring place!

i believe they call that a midlife crisis. when you wake up one day, and come to the sudden realization to what marriage is.

my brother was laughing tonight, as apparently, his wife has decided that she's not happy with his current vehicle, and has taken it upon herself to research and tell him what vehicle he should be driving next.
