There is no proof or admission of any fault or root cause of where it came from. No mention of funding directly from American gov to some random research facility in Wuhan.

Also for what it’s worth, researching a thing doesn’t mean there’s a nefarious / malicious intent behind it.

Car manufacturers crash test their cars all the time. Does that mean their secret intention is to start killing everybody who purchases their cars?
