Thats valid no one can ever be sure about that. Most guys I deal with run aftermarket catted headers on their cars so can pass if need be.

Serious questions: Do you gut the cats yourself and then sell the material and dispose of the tubing? Or do you sell the entire header/front pipe assemblies as a whole?

Reason I'm asking is I'm looking for a gutted 2017+ header in otherwise intact condition.

Hey so I don't do that stuff. The refinery would decan the honeycomb and process the metals. I just sell the entire header and frontpipe assembly as a whole.
