I wasn't serious about the mod thing...

As far as the Opel GT, loved that car and would love to own one, but not because it looks like a 'Vette (to me it doesn't), but because it is awesome!

supposedly the GRMN Yaris
If I was to get rid of my 2013 Fr-s, the GR Yaris is what I would want! An all wheel drive hot hatch rally car. It could be a lot of fun out on a dusty dirt road!!!

Fun cars... and I really liked the hand crank to flip over the lights!

*shudder*

Actually, if the Miata made its name aping Brit roadsters (except with reliability and less leaks), the 86 being known as a 3/4 (2/3?) F-type doesn't seem too shabby....

I wonder if the red carpet is something they will have as an option outside the JDM...

I don't think that one is peach, I think the picture was taken with a cellphone camera from 2008... or a potato.

Also, why can't we get slightly better wheels? Is a bit of dish no longer in style? Is it a cost thing? It's sad that the Corolla seems to get slightly better looking wheels than the 86.

Sure, but look at that red Mini next to it, and the red line on the license plate. Those are clearly red!

I've also noticed a peach/pumpkin-ish GR 86 in one of the shots of the official GR 86 reveal video.
Though I have to admit I don't fully trust the color calibration of that shot either.

I think the difference here is that most Corolla's will never have their wheels changed, where a significant % of GR 86's and BRZ's will have their wheels changed no matter how good the OEMs are.

I personally like their philosophy that they save money on parts that many enthusiasts will change anyways.

This also gives us a taste of what the car would look like without the bar running in between the taillights
