She’s the best. Even though she might not be a fan of turning off traction control.

Giant hairy drawbridge from Newfoundland...

She lays completely stretched out, then when you approach she rolls her eyes and scoots back into this position...

This is the main "walkway" between our kitchen and the rest of the house, probably the busiest 5 ft of floor.

I think those are more appropriately referred to as "sausage curbs."

With that white "bald spot" on the top of his head he looks like a middle aged accountant.

What do you mean "middle aged"? They're born like that, just grow into the bald patch.. And if they don't grow into it then they usually go into other painfully excruciating careers..

She's a little bundle of energy. I haven't had a puppy in years. You don't get much sleep early on.

95% of the time, I get dog genders wrong every time unless I get a look underneath. Just worked at a house with a male and female dog, the male dog had a pink collar on...

It could identify as female, you don't know.

So just picked up my 7 week old German shepherd 3 weeks ago.

Noticed only maybe 40km of gas left so went to a gas station a few blocks down.

Bad start. The dog was hysterically crying tied to a 4 foot leash, probably never seeing family ever again. Pissed on the a thin bed sheet in the back and was not interested in small pet store treats.

I opened the hatch for relief while I was pumping gas.

Some woman drops her keys driving a 15 year old shooting brake Jetta. She was really angry at me for some reason. Told me puppies should not be in an airtight trunk.

So I told her to go away and leave me alone.

Exactly a week later, the police and SPCA came knocking at my door. They examined my trunk and put some information in a notebook.

Hopefully, they do not take my puppy away from me.
