^^
I said the same thing. hanging out at the track doing ride-a-longs with a few of the the GT-R's got me looking the other way. I've got 4 cars that are manual and always lean that way but, sometimes I'm just happy the Supra doesn't have one. Then again, there are days where I wish it did. Sometimes you just gotta clutch in a rev the girl to put a silly grin on your face. Had 3 people this weekend to look at the BRZ. First one low-balled and then got pissy with me for not accepting 6k. The second left to go get cash and then never came back nor answers me, and the 3rd ones parents said "no dice" to their teenager's high-school dreams... then when putting her back in the garage she threw a p0018 for the bank 2 intake cam. I need to find a lesser tire for the Lotus. Driving R888Rs on straight farm roads is just wrong, and a waste. I was thinking of getting a normal summer tire for my stock rims, like MPS4S, and keeping my cup rims with the crazy tires for when I do get to nice mountain roads. I need both 16s (Front: P195/50R16) and 17s (rear: P225/45R17) Any other ideas?

I'm not 100% on the "electric stove tops suck" train yet.
I just need some mental calibration on how they work so I know how to handle the weirdness of them. So far I haven't messed up anything I've made, and the stovetop I have warms up only maybe a little bit slower than with gas. I simmered some cold soup last night and it was ready in maybe an extra couple minutes more than with a gas burner.

Our new electric stove works much better than the 10 year old one. It seems to heat more evenly using the same pans cooking the same things -

Can also leave an empty teflon pan on at medium power indefinitely without burning. Way more controllable than gas. Only downside is having to have compatible pots & pans. :/

I might try and make a steak this week with my cast iron for the first time. Will be a good chance to try it.
