When I installed my surround sound upstairs I just kept the speakers that were already in the ceiling in the rear, and they sound fine, so I had two extra speakers. Hooked them up to my state-of-the-art Kenwood reciever, and presto. Garage stereo. Sounds great!

I'll have you know that I tried to ride my old 10 speed just last year - for about 20 yards. I bought all three of the granddaughters bicycles and the plan was for me to ride along with them.

So, I went with plan C. I just walk and have them circle around keeping me in sight.

Bike, yes, scooter, not so much. Even with the bike we always used a tow-behind not a seat. Just seemed too risky.

Kid aside, before I spent $1000 on what you had looked at above, I'd look at something used like a Honda PCX125. For a little more money you are getting a much better setup. Here's an example from a used dealer near me.

Man, I really miss my car. Hopefully I get it back before the season opener. Some good news, all replacement parts are OEM, and the shitty Ebay front lip, did not sustain any damage, which is pretty impressive for a $90 piece of plastic.

The whole part is just stamped 10ga sheet, I think they can do it all in one shot. I am just going to have to do the best I can on the call out for the hole and explain it. A lot of times they redraw the part anyway since they don't like the way our CAD guy calls out measurements, he tends to use the "from the nearest edge" approach and it can get a bit messy. He has been getting a lot better though but they still like to redraw his parts for some reason

The bike trailers are pretty sweet, not as top heavy, and lots more room for storage (or space for the kiddo). Not as cool as a sidecar though...
