Reality is setting in. I move on Thursday .

Today I’m packing up my kitchen since I will no longer be cooking at this apartment the rest of the week.

After the kitchen it’s just some random stuff here and there, some of which I’ll just be taking over in the BRZ myself.

Crazy.

I'm painting up my rental so I can sell it (Going to be my down payment on a construction loan for some land I bought)

my last 3 project inspections have all been remote. they facetime with the contractor outside in his truck, he goes over the scope, they email him a green tag...

he laughed last time i asked him if the last one passed with any issues/complaints.
