It's a conundrum, as I think that large quantities of money will be required to talk/meet with someone who will provide relief.. Any type of relief is expensive! As you are implying the rich don't require such relief.

If you can't afford 3rd party relief then it's DIY which I think does/has/can solve multitude of hang ups.. So how do therapist keep a roof over their heads? Who keeps them going?

For what it's worth, a lot of companies have Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) that include a certain number of visits to a therapist. Worth checking out if you feel the need to talk to someone. It helped me out several decades ago when I went through some family issues.

That reminds me, I must go to the pharmacy and pick up some drugs. There is a cute young lady there "was" quite squeezable". I say was, because they went and put up those plexiglass barriers and now I can't get close to her -
