Yea, I didn't think I would like it either, but I have used it a couple of times and have been happy with it.

We've found our patients here love it as well. We went from only doing a few a month, primarily for stroke prevention and telepsych, to doing 100s a week.

Mrs.Mafia psychiatrist calls once every 2-3 months. The call goes " Hi, how's everything going? Any suicidal thoughts? No? Great. Need a refill? Okay, I sent it. That will be $250. See ya in 2 months.

I obviously work the wrong profession.

I learned today that Pizza Hut's thin crust is actually French Bread dough because they founders didn't know how to make "real" pizza dough.

I thought there was a little more to it then that. Something about changing the traditional ingredients and crust to be more midwestern palette friendly.

Today I learned that pizza crust may have more thought behind it than just being a supporting mod for heavy ingredients

They changed that too, but I knew that. I didn't know about the dough until today when I watched "The Food That Built America", assuming it's accurate of course.

Ok, it was yesterday but...

I learned, during a visit to the aviation museum at Warner Robins AFB, GA that the US and Canada flew aircraft loaded with air-to-air 1kiloton nuclear rockets designed as anti-aircraft missiles called the AIR-2A Genie. They were to be used to destroy incoming nuclear bomber fleets.

I had no idea that was a thing.

BTW, the museum, linked above, is definitely worth the stop if you are into military history and warplanes. One of the handful of places you can see an SR71 up close.
