Oh, for sure. I kept a booster seat for my granddaughter permanently. It's ready for her little brother until he realizes that pink is for girls.

lol, traditionally

that same sister in law got multiple paragraphs out a certain type of person for saying the same thing in a baby-focused facebook group.

the highlight: "You can't determine your babies gender, they need to decide for themselves"

i knew a 16 year old in high school that was 60 pounds, and 4'8" with shoe lifts.. by the new regulations, he was required to be in a booster seat for his drivers test.

he also insisted on carrying every single book to his name throughout school in a backpack that him and a stunt double could fit into. it was hilarious to see him panic-run from class to class.
It is kinda ridiculous for teenagers to need a booster seat. Like I get 8 year olds and such, but 12+, really?

not to go too far off into conspiracy land, but shareholders of baby carrier manufacturers need to eat to!

not many laws are passed anymore that actually help the interests of the people without helping the interests of companies more these days.

He can keep the seat if he likes pink. No sweat.

A whole dissertation for that? Some people's transgender kids...

No point in keeping the seat, regs change every few years. Saved one from first grand child and was not legal by the second and daughter in law would not let us use it.

What was that saying?.......................................

The best thing about standards is there are so many to choose from.

By current standards my mom should need a booster seat.

It's an interesting actuarial consideration. If I'm first to stop, I can't see traffic lights without cocking my head sideways.
