Made this week's loaf (#4) today. Tried bread flour instead of all-purpose this time. I made a couple minor mistakes but somehow it came out looking like more of a loaf than any of the ones I've made so far.

Will slice into it sometime this evening.

Baby Back Ribs and Shrimp... I guess it's kind of a Surf and Turf. At least it was warm enough there to eat outside. (Vero Beach, FL)

Looks fantastic. Bread flour is the way to go. What recipe are you using, I would like to try it.

I made baguettes this week. No pic.

I don't know. We bought the house a year and a half ago. I do know now that I don't like black counter tops.

I bought 6 chickens on sale at 90¢ a pound, and butchered them up. Using the backs for broth. Have 24 wings for superbowl, and 12 family meals packaged.
