We once had an incident thereafter referred to as "Reply All-Gate". You see, when you mistakenly send a random email to every single employee in the company of several thousand people, there are inevitably those who reply with a request to be removed from the email distribution. And most of them, not being observant enough to realize it was sent by accident to everybody, will also fail to understand the difference between "reply" and "reply all". So their requests resulted in further emails to everybody, which prompted others to respond, and then the people that were off came back to work... In the end, it took like 2 weeks for people to get the picture, AFTER like 3 company-wide announcements of "please do not reply all". Not sure how many were trolling, but I sincerely hope some of them were fired for stupidity.

On a related note there may be a nice junior automotive test engineer position open in the near future! It is in the Detroit area though.

As someone that has run email systems for almost 30 years, I can tell you it is inevitable this will happen. That's why all distribution lists over 20 persons at any company I work for have restricted use, and you have to know how to use BCC if you do get access (although the restricted used prevents it from being replied to).

I love the success kid
