While car was in the repairers with the bumper off. Decided to figure a way out to stop rocks damaging the front mount intercooler, and oil cooler situated under the wheel well.
This saves me having to cut up the factory grille, make new mounting points for the mesh, and slightly better airflow with the mesh hard up against the intercooler. Mesh is stainless steel. Oil cooler mesh will be flipped back facing(it's mounted front facing in the photos) Also received my Block8Head 60mm dual guage holders

Block8head dual 60mm vent pod and OG 20yo + Boost Guage
Pics of the dual 60mm vent/guage pod and a super OG Apexi "EL Light" boost guage. Bought this way back in 1997.
Guage looks a little too thick though.

Mechanical Check
Had the car dropped off at the workshop where my engine build and tune were done. Told the insurance company I wanted a full mechanical and safety check of the car to be sure the exhaust system, drive shaft and maybe some other parts weren't damaged during the impact.
Exhaust had a minor leak, and also requires new hangars. Got the workshop to put the car on the dyno, which was a very good idea since the impact had caused a fuel leak from the injectors(2 pictures below) Some facebook updates. Was running on _old_ BP98... which was in the car since March(not over one year as stated). Ran it on the dyno @ 16 PSI, managed 405hp and 439Nm at the hubs(stock 86 runs 130hp on this dyno for reference). As you can see the engine bay is filthy and has quite a bit of overspray.

Got my car back at last
No engine bay pics, as it's filthy AF. It will be professionally detailed in January, along with a full ceramic coat. Was good to drive the car again.
Abflug Spiral 86 bootlid not installed due to ceramic coat. Contemplating not running it.
