Opie beat me to posting pics, but here's a couple more..

Dash cut to fit the cage, the lower panels are cut as well and will likely be installed.

Some other cage pics of it painted. Didn't go with nascar door parts/etc because I wanted to keep windows in the car for transport/storage. I kinda regret that decision of course as X bars suck in comparison but oh well.

Car survived 3.5 track days with 2 drivers (technically 3 with 2 drivers, that 4th day I just drank beer instead cause I'd rather drink than drive Barber MSP).

I took like 3 pics (of the car) so might post those later. Then again.. lazy.

Great work getting the car together and putting down lap times!
One of the guys on our team just purchased a salvaged BRZ. Maybe we can convince him to take a similar approach!

Took the car to Sebring this last weekend.. some pics/videos (yeah I actually uploaded videos! ha)

All loaded up in the trailer.. was 80-90% chance of rain so I borrowed street tires from a buddy (owner of the DGM BRZ track car we built with @Racecomp Engineering T2 coilovers and @JRitt Essex front BBK) to ensure that the rain would stay away... it worked!

And I installed new Goodyear (thanks for the suggestion Trump!) Supercar 3R tires on the new @APEX Race Parts forged EC-7R wheels (which are quite nice btw):

Anyways.. onto the more fun stuff.. the car is definitely a bit loose right now at Sebring, a trait it did not have elsewhere.. and that's because the rear suspension is bottoming out on that wonderfully "smooth" Sebring surface. I either need to heavily ramp up rates, increase ride height, or swap coilovers. Or drive slower I guess.

I have 1 FT86club sticker for you... and the Team Lazy decals will be made eventually.. like watkins in May..

There's a lot of time left in that lap and looking at data it wasn't my best lap technically, just my best lap without traffic which ended up making it my fastest..

So at the last Sebring event the car got a bit louder.. having already lost a few ACE header studs/nuts I figured it was just that.. checked all my random bolts for that and they were still there.

Dropped the exhaust to drop the trans and found this....

Close up of that resonator:

And the broken welds in front...

Now.. I can't blame MXP or say that the CompRS is a POS.. because this exhaust came off a car that was high sided on rocks... and this huge dent was pre existing damage:

We will be just welding in a straight pipe instead of the resonator piece for our future champ car FRS/BRZ.
