How often do you get an OIL change when tracking weekly?

Typically 3. I have a cooler and run synthetic. Temps are 220 for most tracks in spring and fall. Summer on big tracks is 240

with oil cooler a do the 25 min session pedal to the metal, of course tires get greassy.
so if a make a mistake where I lose a lot of time, I will cool down a little bit before another 10/10 lap.
