I've rented in the past where I had no hose access. Rinseless washing, and Optimum no rinse is the way to go (I've tried some other rinseless products but prefer ONR)

2 buckets, grit guard, ONR, microchenille wash mitt, waffle weave drying towel

you can use the leftover ONR solution to clean up your wheels with an old towel strictly for wheels. or foaming glass cleaner works very well

You can even do the ONR thing in the winter. Just fill the buckets with warm water. Anything over 40 degrees and your fine. below 40 degrees the glossing agents in ONR start to behave a little 'funny' in my experience. and obviously below freezing your kinda out of luck unless you do a 'waterless' wash which is a whole 'nother technique / product

Yes I've had ONR freeze on my hood mid-wash

Garage
I've never washed a car inside the garage.
Wouldn't that swell up the hardwood floor?
The flocked wallpaper would never be the same.
