my estranged brother decided tonight was the perfect time to stop by and make demands on my parents. apparently it is now unacceptable to drive down their street, and we are to now demand that any and every family friend or acquaintance that ever asks about how that brother is doing is to call him directly, and we are to make no mention of the fiasco that is his life choices.

apparently he hasn't created enough of a mess lately that he's got to mess more stuff up just to feel good about himself...

but we had a good night otherwise. my other brother and i tried a hand at making the pizza this time(due to the parents being preoccupied, normally it's my mom's deal to make the pizza), and it turned out edible even!
That sucks, sounds like you made the most of it. I have had to learn to do the same with my brother. You can't change someone that won't help themselves.

They may just be sourcing them from someone else and the QC is poor. I have found because of the placement of our OBD2 port it is best to move it, or use a flat cable low profile extension cable and route it over into the glove box. For me, I was banging my thigh on the bluetooth adapter alone.

Well, that's a shame -

My family seems to get along fine. My parents are deceased, one brother lives in Hollister, CA another one in Atlanta, GA and my sister lives in San Jose. One son lives in Missouri, the other son lives in Hawaii and our daughter lives here in Puyallup, WA. So, especially since COVID, everyone gets along just fine.

Ah, yes, but it does. It's mounted under the dash - pointing toward the seat. Yep, flip the ignition switch without disarming it and the ignition spark makes it go BOOM - and just ruins your day. After that sight, the rest of the "protestors" just move on.

Is that the 500 dual sport? One of the guys I work with just got one. We used to call KTM K-Mart Trail Machine at the KTM dealer I used to work at.

It's just the 350 unfortunately. I plan on using it like a regular dirtbike with the benefit of being able to drive to work or what not. I've never owned a KTM so hopefully it goes well.

I went to get the 500 but a guy had it in his truck when I got there. They did end up giving me a hell of a deal on it.

I actually prefer the 350. They are pretty solid. KTM really turned a corner and is a premier manufacturer.
